A call I wanted was silenced
Open CallShield, tap Review blocked numbers, find the number and tap Allow. It will ring from then on.
iOS does not tell apps which calls it blocked, so CallShield cannot show you a history of blocked calls — the review screen is the full list, not a log.
A scam number rang anyway
CallShield only knows numbers that have been reported. A number nobody has reported is unknown to it. You can block it yourself from the lookup screen.
My list looks out of date
Open the app and tap Refresh database now. If that fails, the message says why — a network problem, a lapsed subscription and an expired sign-in are different things and the app names which one.
